For years, I worked in hospitals thinking I was helping people heal. But what I kept seeing—especially with women—was that symptoms were being managed, not truly understood. Deep down, I knew there had to be more.
Then I lived it. I lost my mom to a heart attack at 63. Her sister passed at 55. My grandmother at 62. Three women I loved—gone too soon. That pattern shook me to my core. As a mom myself, I couldn’t ignore the fear that I might be next.
I didn’t want to just survive—I wanted to thrive, and help other women do the same.
That’s what led me to integrative health. Today, I help women get to the root of symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and gut issues—so they can reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy.
